Q: Can I install the filter without turning off the fridge?
A:
You don’t need to turn off the fridge entirely, but it’s a good idea to pause water dispensing and ice production while replacing the filter to prevent leaks and ensure a smooth installation.

Q: Does the filter affect water pressure in the fridge?
A:
A new, properly installed filter maintains optimal water flow. If you notice a drop in pressure, check that the filter is fully seated in the 90° lock position or that the old filter has been completely removed.

Q: What if my water still tastes off after installing the new filter?
A:
Sometimes new filters need a few gallons of water to flush out any carbon residue. Run 2–3 gallons through the dispenser or ice maker, and your water should taste crisp and clean.

Q: Can I leave the old filter in until it fully stops working?
A:
We don’t recommend waiting until the filter is fully clogged. Doing so can reduce water flow, affect ice quality, and allow contaminants to build up. Timely replacement keeps water fresh and your fridge running efficiently.

Shipping Policy

We offer FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Free shipping every day on U.S. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days . Business days are Monday through Friday . Any expedited delivery requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on a USPS recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.

  • The shipping carrier and method will be determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
  • Most orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day, if available.
  • If an item takes longer than 72  business hours to ship, it will be noted on the product page or you will be contacted about the delay.

Additional shipping costs may apply for orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. locations, P.O. Boxes, and certain rural addresses. Customers will be contacted if additional fees are required.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
