Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

Authorization & Capture

Your card may be authorized at checkout and captured either immediately or upon shipment, depending on the method used.

Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is collected where required by law based on your shipping address.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to verification (e.g., address confirmation, 3D Secure). We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged by our fraud systems.

Discounts & Promotions

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase. Unless stated otherwise, promotions can’t be combined and exclude gift cards and prior purchases.

Subscriptions (if enabled)

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval (e.g., every 6 months). You can manage, skip, or cancel from your account or by emailing info@filterlo.com. Reminder emails are sent 7 days before each renewal.
