Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific. (If you need an exception, email info@filterlo.com before ordering.)

Carriers & Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Estimated transit times (business days):

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
    (Transit estimates exclude processing time and unforeseen carrier delays.)

Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. Expedited options may be offered seasonally and will be shown at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price once the return is received.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the recipient. If your package appears lost, stolen (porch theft), or significantly delayed, email info@filterlo.com within 7 days of the last scan/delivery update. We’ll open a carrier investigation and assist with next steps. Replacements/refunds for delivered‑as‑scanned parcels are issued at our discretion following the investigation.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@filterlo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping label, packaging, and damaged items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
