In your ticket, be sure to include a digital image of the product in the original shipping box (not just the product box). All damaged goods claims require this image to be processed.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please submit a ticket through the Contact Us page. Once our customer service team has confirmed the defect, we will take care of it either through filterlo or the manufacturer of the product. Depending on the product and the nature of the defect, you will either receive a replacement part or a new product. We will cover the shipping fees for both the return of the defective product and the replacement.
