Shipping Policy

We offer FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Free shipping every day on U.S. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days . Business days are Monday through Friday . Any expedited delivery requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on a USPS recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.

  • The shipping carrier and method will be determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
  • Most orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day, if available.
  • If an item takes longer than 72  business hours to ship, it will be noted on the product page or you will be contacted about the delay.

Additional shipping costs may apply for orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. locations, P.O. Boxes, and certain rural addresses. Customers will be contacted if additional fees are required.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@filterlo.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return. In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Exchanges

Refunds
