Swapping your water filter is a fast task that should be done once every six months.
Remove Old Cartridge:
- Turn the cartridge 90º (1/4 turn) until it stops to relieve pressure and discharge about 2 oz. of water.
- Pull out and discard the used cartridge.
Insert New Cartridge:
- Align the label to face the left side and insert the new cartridge until it’s flush with the filter head.
Secure New Cartridge:
- Turn the cartridge 90º (1/4 turn) until it stops, ensuring the label faces the front.
Flush the System:
Open the hot water faucet and flush 3 gallons (about 4 minutes) before use.
- Replace Regularly:
- Replace the cartridge every 6 months and mark the replacement date as a reminder.

We offer FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Free shipping every day on U.S. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days . Business days are Monday through Friday . Any expedited delivery requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on a USPS recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
- The shipping carrier and method will be determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
- Most orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day, if available.
