Swapping your water filter is a fast task that should be done once every six months.
- Locate the filter housing under your sink.
- Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it.
- Align the new filter with the housing and twist it clockwise until it locks securely in place.
- Turn on the water supply and run water through the system for 2-3 minutes to flush air and carbon particles.
- Reset the filter change indicator, if applicable.

We offer FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Free shipping every day on U.S. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days . Business days are Monday through Friday . Any expedited delivery requests that are placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. If the following Monday falls on a USPS recognized holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
- The shipping carrier and method will be determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
- Most orders placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day, if available.
- If an item takes longer than 72 business hours to ship, it will be noted on the product page or you will be contacted about the delay.

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
